EPM

Neige

Unlike the EPM, Neige is a French method that produces a very pure product of zinc oxide. This French method also creates a distinctive form of zinc oxide, that is powder or granule. Another thing that differentiates EMP and Neige is that the latter is an indirect process. 

The very pure zinc oxide resulted in the process through the oxidation of extremely pure zinc vapor. The powder form of the property is possible to be post-treated. It is usually used to provide soft granules to make sure that the rubber produced has a good dispersion.

Zinc oxide in the powder form comes with some advantages. Due to the absence of dust, the powdered zinc oxide has a flow ability. The property also comes with greater ease of weighing.

Red Seal Powder

Just like Niege, this red seal zinc oxide is also produced through an indirect French method. The property is generated through the oxidation of zinc vapor. Compared to other methods, this red seal zinc oxide is considered the most cost-efficient in the rubber industry.
